World of Dypians is a free-to-play action-adventure MMORPG and metaverse for PC (Windows) by World of Dypians Ltd. Blockchain Integration
WhitepaperWorld of Dypians features some form of decentralized governance using DAO protocols, and a partially player-owned economy where players can effectively own and trade various game-related digital assets (e.g. land, companions, cryptocurrency) outside of the game, using smart contracts built on the Ethereum and BSC blockchains to record and secure transactions and ownership thereof. The game integrates its own cryptocurrency, $WOD, which is used as a game currency, for premium purchases and in-game rewards, as a DeFi token, and as a governance token.
World of Dypians is not open source. While ownership of digital assets is decentralized and secured on the blockchain, users may not be able to run the game in the event that its online service is prematurely shut down.
