Seekers of Tokane is an upcoming adventure and JRPG for PC (Windows). The game is set in a fantasy world and features procedurally generated exploration, tactical turn-based combat using creatures collected and trained, PvP and single-player modes, play-to-earn mechanisms. Seekers of Tokane integrates blockchain technology (Solana) to record and secure ownership of digital assets earned or purchased by players, namely NFT assets (e.g. characters, skins, creatures, land) and cryptocurrency. Seekers of Tokane operates on the Aurory ecosystem, which has its own currency ($AURY), NFT marketplace, and planned decentralized autonomous organizations (DAOs).
Game Features
- Procedural Exploration: Players explore randomly generated maps in which they battle magical creatures and can acquire valuable loot.
- Collect and Train Creatures: Players can collect and train magical creatures called Nefties to use in battle against opponents.
- Fight in Blitz Battles: Players must strategize with all available options before assigning magical creatures to 1-on-1 battles.
- Single-Player & PVP: Activities will be available in both single and multiplayer modes. The village of Blanche serves as a social hub for players to interact.
- Free to Play: Players can play most game modes and earn valuable items for free.
- Play to Earn: Players may earn NFTs and cryptocurrency as direct reward or by trading other in-game rewards.
Blockchain Integration
Seekers of Tokane runs on the Aurory gaming ecosystem, which aims to feature decentralized governance using DAOs, and a partially player-owned economy where players can effectively own and trade most in-game digital assets (e.g. land, vehicles, avatars, clothing, currency) inside and outside of the game, using smart contracts built on the Solana blockchain to record and secure transactions and ownership of said assets. Seekers of Tokane uses Aurory’s cryptocurrency, $AURY, which mostly serves as a medium of exchange and reward token.
Seekers of Tokane isn’t currently open source. While ownership of digital assets and governance are decentralized and secured on the blockchain, users may not be able to run the game in the event that its online service is prematurely shut down.

Cryptocurrency
$AURY is the cryptocurrency used in Seekers of Tokane, and in all games that are part of the Aurory gaming ecosystem. It serves as a medium of exchange for goods and services listed on the Aurory marketplace, as a reward token (player rewards + staking rewards), and is also expected to develop into a DAO governance token, providing holders a share of voting rights and ecosystem revenues. It is a fungible, Solana-based, SOL token limited to a total original supply of 100,000,000. The different ways to get $AURY, outside of crypto markets, are… (read more)
