Kuroro Wilds is a free-to-play, top-down creature-collecting action role-playing game (RPG) for PC (Windows) by Kuroro Beasts. Players explore the Kuroro Islands, engage in battles with various species of Beasts, complete quests, and partake in activities such as fishing, mining, and crafting. The game features a rich world with over 40 species of Beasts, three bosses, and more than three hours of story-driven content and side quests. Additionally, Kuroro Wilds integrates blockchain technology (Ethereum/Ronin) to record and secure ownership of game-related digital assets earned or purchased by players such as NFTs (e.g. creatures, cosmetics, passes) and cryptocurrency ($KURO).

Blockchain Integration
Kuroro Wilds aims to feature a partially player-owned economy where players can effectively own and trade various game-related digital assets (e.g. creatures, cosmetics, cryptocurrency) outside of the game, using smart contracts built on the Ethereum and Ronin blockchains to record and secure transactions and ownership thereof. The game integrates Kuroro Beasts’ cryptocurrency, $KURO, which mostly serves as a reward coin (e.g. play to airdrop).
Kuroro Wilds is not open source. While ownership of digital assets is decentralized and secured on the blockchain, users may not be able to run the game in the event that its online service is prematurely shut down.
