Dogs of War is an upcoming third-person multiplayer survival game for PC (Windows) by Playa3ull Games. The project features genetically engineered canine-human hybrids, scavenging, base-building, and PvP battles in a hostile environment. Players must navigate dangerous landscapes, contend with environmental hazards and aggressive wildlife, and raid enemy camps to strengthen their own resources. Additionally, Dogs of War employs blockchain technology (Playa3ull) to record and secure ownership of game-related digital assets such as NFTs (e.g. skins, PFPs, pass) and cryptocurrency ($3ULL).

DocumentsDogs of War features some form of decentralized governance through the use of DAOs, and a partially player-owned economy where players can effectively own and trade many game-related digital assets (e.g. weapons, armor, items, cryptocurrency) outside of the game, using smart contracts built on the Playa3ull and Avalanche blockchains to record and secure transactions and ownership thereof. The game integrates Playa3ull Games’ cryptocurrency, $3ULL, which serves as a primary in-game currency, reward token and governance token.
Dogs of War is not open source. While ownership of digital assets is decentralized and secured on the blockchain, users may not be able to run the game in the event that its online service is prematurely shut down.
Ownable (NFTs)
- Skins: These NFTs allow players to unlock and use exclusive in-game skins. Once purchased, the skin can be applied to a player’s character during matches.
- Profile Pictures: 3,333 profile picture NFTs that users can mint (from over two billion combinations of traits and attributes) and that grant benefits within the Playa3ull Game ecosystem.
- VI3 Pass: Soul-bound NFT granting special privileges within the Playa3ull Games ecosystem, such as early access to games, exclusive in-game skins, and other unique benefits.
- Reward Chests: These chests randomly drop at the end of games and can be unlocked by purchasing a key. Opening a chest grants players a randomized NFT skin with unique in-game effects.
Cryptocurrency
$3ULL serves as the primary currency for the Playa3ull Games ecosystem. It serves as a medium of exchange for in-game purchases and marketplace transactions, reward token, DeFi token (staking, nodes) and governance token, granting DAO voting rights.
