BladeRite is a free-to-play action RPG for PC (Windows/Mac) and mobile (Android, iOS) by Seeds Studio. Players embark on quests, battle formidable enemies, and compete in player-versus-player (PvP) arenas (e.g. battle royale), all while collecting valuable loot and upgrading their characters. The game features diverse weapons, unique abilities, and a dynamic in-game economy where players can acquire rare items through exploration and combat. Bladerite integrates blockchain technology (Solana) to record and secure ownership of digital assets earned, crafted or purchased by players, namely NFT assets (e.g. skins, weapons, gear) and cryptocurrency ($SEEDS).

Blockchain Integration
WhitepaperBladerite features a partially player-owned economy where players can effectively own and trade valuable in-game digital assets (e.g. skins, weapons, gear, currency) outside of the game, using smart contracts built on the Solana blockchain to record and secure transactions and ownership of said assets. Bladerite also has its own cryptocurrency, $SEEDS, which mostly serves as a medium of exchange and a reward token.
Bladerite isn’t open source. While ownership of digital assets are decentralized and secured on the blockchain, users may not be able to run the game in the event that its online service is prematurely shut down.
